According to the decree published in the Wednesday issue of the Magyar Közlöny, "staying at the venue of an outdoor event is allowed", if the organizer of the event provides precautionary measures due to the epidemic.

An outdoor event is a program that takes place for the entire duration outside a walled, covered building on all sides, or during which spectators are protected by a tent (such as a circus tent) due to the weather, or that is walled, uncovered or partially take place in an indoor facility (e.g. stadium, swimming pool, outdoor stage, outdoor cinema).
The decree will enter into force on the day following its promulgation, ie Thursday (today).
