After last year's successful collaboration, Mancs a baj is announced again this year! pet food collection campaign by SPAR Hungary: in addition to the checkout zones, on May 7 and 8, 2022, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., activists from more than 30 animal welfare organizations will accept donations in designated INTERSPAR hypermarkets. The campaign, jointly organized with the National Animal Protection Foundation, draws attention not only to donations but also to the commitment of animal protection NGOs and the importance of their work.
Great joy even in the size of a can
When you go shopping, put a small gift in your basket or shopping cart, with which you can take care of a small animal that could even be yours. He is very happy with dry food, canned food, dog salami, wet food in aluminum bags. You can also surprise him with a reward snack, and the activists are also happy to accept animal equipment and cleaning products at the collection points on both designated days of the campaign.
A donation that counts twice
The success of the campaign was already clear last year. In two days, more than 14,000 kilograms of dog and nearly 2,000 kilograms of dry cat food, as well as more than 10,000 cans and reward snack packages, were collected thanks to the donating stable friends and animal protection activists. SPAR Hungary's program is also a great help to civil communities, because it allows them to save more money for medical care, equipment purchases and site development.
