The donation campaign of Adni Öröm !, the Hungarian Maltese Charity Service and SPAR has started. Between December 16 and 21, 2020, you can also support those in need by purchasing donation cards issued in designated SPAR and INTERSPAR stores. (X)
The coronavirus does not stop the association either
This is a challenging, struggling year. There is always a need for help, solidarity with our fellow human beings, and especially in 2020, during the coronavirus pandemic. SPAR Hungary has been a partner of the Hungarian Maltese Charity Service for many years, the Give Joy! fundraising action. Even in this difficult situation, the two organizations have found a solution that creates an opportunity to donate while not putting the health of the volunteers involved in the initiative at risk.
Help comes with donation cards
Unlike in previous years, this year the fundraising is not at personal collection points and not in the form of a specific product offering. Between 16 and 21 December 2020, in the designated SPAR and INTERSPAR stores, the Out Give Joy! In addition to durable food, you will find donation cards on the racks, which you can purchase to support the initiative. Moreover, you can contribute to fundraising through the SPAR online shop.
Great help for those in need before Christmas
The Hungarian Maltese Charity Service buys food from the donations, from which it compiles packages and delivers them to those in need before Christmas. The goal is to help our fellow human beings with a difficult fate in the current, unprecedented situation.
The song of the collaboration has been completed
This year’s slogan for this year’s communication campaign is once again “I’ve Become Another Family”. Naming expresses the solidarity and selflessness that connects people unknown to each other through help. The novelty of this year's action was the song of the collaboration. There were many who joined well-known personalities and television characters and sang one of the country’s most popular Christmas songs, The Silent Night. Listen to the collaboration song here:
