Since its opening in Hungary, SPAR has been actively assisting the market access of Hungarian products. The store network has always considered it important for Hungarian producers, manufacturers and processors to play a key role in designing their product range. This is evidenced by the fact that it distributes commodities of 95% of the companies operating in Hungary, and for some product groups only products produced in Hungary are placed on the shelves.
You can apply for a chain of products up to August 23 with unique, health-friendly solutions in its ingredients, production, packaging, rich, sustainable food products that are already available on the Hungarian market but are not yet available in the retail network.
SPAR will launch companies that are launching new or new product developments in their unique initiative to produce innovative products according to the call for applications. The company wants to promote the success of smaller Hungarian companies by offering the possibility of cooperation - regular supplier partnership - that can produce quality and competitive products.
The announcement shall be open to registered companies operating under the relevant Hungarian legislation, which shall have at least one closed business year and an annual turnover of at least 10 and up to 300 million HUF. In the competition of products, the packaging also takes into account how environmentally conscious it is and how it follows consumer trends and adapts to different needs.
In the final phase of the competition, the best-selling product or product line, up to ten, will be marketed by the INTERSPAR department stores from 23 April 2020, following a semiannual mentoring program to prepare the supermarket supplier. So the winners of the contest will be offered the opportunity to introduce their products to the public as much as possible throughout the country with the help of the 34 hypermarkets of SPAR Hungary.
