The best Hungarian women's rally pair closes the season in an idyllic location

The competition organized around Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is characterized by the alternation of slopes and ascents on the sections of speed and the asphalt, which is partly made of volcanic lava. The grip is therefore good and constant, but there is a greater chance of tire wear in the rain. There is little opportunity to cut the bends, leaving the roads relatively debris-free. This is the second venue after the Rome Rally that is completely unknown to the women’s pair starting this year in collaboration with the Czech Orsák Rallysport.

“After the official test day, we can say that this place is completely different from where we have been so far. There are plenty of bends, very good quality asphalt on which the grip is incredibly good. I had a good time in the car, we tried several settings. Our goal is to finish as fast as possible in our category and to prove that we have a place among men, ” Vogel Adri summed up after Tuesday's test.

“I don’t like stages so much because they’re like we’re there at speed, too, and my stomach doesn’t really like it. But overall, of course, we are very happy to be here, this is our third race of the five rounds of the Rally Eb this year, we are proud of the team, the supporters and our partners that we were able to bring this together in this difficult year. We try to thank the trust with the best possible performance , ”added Ivett Notheisz.

The Rally Islas Canarias consists of 17 special stages, the field will start as early as Thursday and the race will end on Saturday. A total of 201.79 speed kilometers, including stages, await 559.31 km.
