Rally - Vogel Adri started the season with great racing

The Hungarian women's rally couple was able to try out their new car for the first time in the legendary Czech race: the Ford Fiesta Rally4 is a more aggressive version of the R2 Fiesta, but the results show that the girls soon learned to work with the car. Vogel and Notheisz won the four-car women’s category, finishing sixth in the R2 car’s 16-car field. Overall, they finished in 36th place out of 88 starters.

A total of 160 kilometers full of bumps awaited the participants at eighteen speeds, and the Adrieks had a rather adventurous weekend because they transported their street car on Saturday morning and then got into a multi-kilometer traffic jam on stage after the first fast. The Czech motorists, on the other hand, gave way to the rally participants in a preconceived way, so no one missed the start.

“By the end, we were so into it that we were almost playing with the car. I had to get used to the new program at first, but I learned quickly, we gained a lot of experience. To tell you the truth, we didn’t think of ourselves here, I was surprised that we became sixth among the R2s, and the reactions of the other riders also show that we can be satisfied with this result, ” Adri Vogel summed up the events of the weekend in front of the finish podium.
