This year, the fifth Budaörs Airshow awaits aviation lovers with a special program on August 19. Old and new airplanes, air and ground shows, exhibitions and children's programs await those interested at Budaörs Airport.
The Budaörs Airshow, organized for the fifth time now, awaits the whole family with exciting air shows, ground attractions and children's programs.
On Saturday, August 19, Budaörs Airport will host the all-day, free family event. In addition to the air shows, special, old and new, civilian and combat aircraft, family and children's programs will also await the visitors.
Aviation enthusiasts can see impressive aerobatic displays this year as well. The presentations of Péter Besenyei, Gyula Tamás Vári Rohács, and Zoltán Veres dazzle the visitors. Retro Sky Team's show features World War II airplanes, featuring countless show elements. As a special feature this year, the Beech Expeditor will also appear in the skies of Budaörs, as well as the Hawks of Romania Aerobatic Team. In addition to all this, the organizers await the visitors with an all-day air parade and surprises, and it will even be possible to take a helicopter flight.
A children's island awaits the little ones, and they can compete for valuable prizes during the children's quiz. Land vehicle lovers will be treated to an exhibition of military vehicles at the event. The gastronomic restaurant will be responsible for "recharging" those who are hungry, while the visitors can even take home an eternal memory of the special day in the form of airplane souvenirs.
