Nándor Németh eighth at 100 meters

Nándor Németh finished in eighth place in Thursday's final of the 100-meter freestyle at the Tokyo Olympics.

"I was looking to the right in time. The Romanian rider put each other to sleep a bit, the first fifty meters was slow, but I won't complain because I was able to swim in the final at my first Olympics. he hoped to exhaust the winning American Caeleb Dressel for the 100-meter butterfly, where he would be the big opponent of his 200-meter champion, Kristóf Milák.

Németh has already done a huge feat with getting into the top eight, because in the classic number he was the Hungarian finalist in the 1964 games in Tokyo, then Gyula Dobay was seventh.
