Real can walk away from Barca

The Spanish Football Championship will continue uninterrupted, with matches in the 31st round running from Monday to Thursday.

Real Madrid, which won in San Sebastián on Sunday night to catch up with FC Barcelona, will be back on Wednesday when they welcome Real Mallorca as a clear prospect. The away team struggles to stay in, two points ahead of the penultimate Leganés and the last Espanyol. Domestically, although he defeated his capital opponent 1-0 in October, Real Madrid last managed to win in May 2009.

Barcelona will host Athletic Bilbao on Tuesday after a goalless draw in Seville, with which they often run into trouble. In February, he was also knocked out 1-0 away from the Basque team in the King’s Cup and in the autumn in the league, and a 1-1 draw was born in Barcelona the previous league season.

Atlético Madrid, who came in third with their 1-0 success against Valladolid, will be a guest of the Levante, and Sevilla, fourth with the same score, will play away with Villarreal.

The other team from Seville, the 14th-placed Real Betis, which changed to head coach over the weekend - Rubi took over Alexis Trujillo - will be the last-place finisher Espanyol at Thursday’s close, with the next round coming from Friday.
