Coronavirus is the star of Manchester City

The coronavirus test was positive for Sergio Agüero, the Argentine national team striker for Manchester City in the English Football Championship, who went into voluntary quarantine.

The 32-year-old football player revealed on Thursday on his Twitter test that his recent test was positive, but indicated he had been quarantined before that because he had been in contact with a person with a coronavirus.

"I have symptoms and I follow the doctors' instructions, which I have to follow to recover. Everyone take care of yourself!" wrote Agüero, the most successful player in the history of the City, who missed the team’s last four games.

Head coach Josep Guardiola said they would be in dire need of the striker: "the numbers speak for themselves, he's the City's best attacker ever."

The Manchester band will meet quarter-class Cheltenham in the fourth round of the FA Cup over the weekend.
