According to Toni Kroos, the 106-time German national team player, the Brazilian football team is the most likely to win the World Cup in Qatar starting on November 20.
The midfielder, who won the World Cup in 2014 with Nationalelf, spoke about this in his own podcast on Wednesday and justified his statement by saying that the national team of the South American country currently has the strongest squad.
"There are three or four guys that I see training and playing every day, and I think they are very good," Kroos said, pointing out that Vinícius Junior, Rodrygo and Éder Militao are his teammates at Real Madrid.
"If we look at the recent results, Brazil can win anything at the moment," declared the 32-year-old footballer, who said that after the less successful 2014 and 2018 World Cups, the Brazilians are "hungry" to win their sixth World Cup trophy.
According to Kroos, the Selecao's current squad includes "fighters who fight hard, and also some who are really sharp footballers".
The Brazilians will be in Group G at the World Cup along with Switzerland, Serbia and Cameroon.
