NFL - The Bills host the Browns in Detroit

With heavy snow expected in and around Buffalo, the Bills will host the Cleveland Browns in Detroit in Game Week 11 of the NFL overseas.

Weather forecasts are predicting 30-90 centimeters of snow and a huge storm in New York state this weekend, so the NFL management decided on Thursday not to take any chances and instead - located 411 kilometers from Buffalo - in Detroit, the home of the Lions, at the indoor Ford Field and the Bills-Browns clash on Sunday.

Buffalo, which has a 6/3 victory index but has lost its last two games, will thus play in Detroit twice in a row, as next week it will be the guest of the Lions in the Thanksgiving match.

Earlier, in November 2014 - also due to heavy snow - the Bills already played a home game in Detroit and won a dominant 38-3 victory over the division rival New York Jets. Then there was so much rain in Buffalo that some of the players had to be taken to the airport by snowmobile because they couldn't dig out their cars.
