NBA - The end of DeRozan's big series

For the first time since eight games in the DeMar DeRozan series in Chicago, he didn’t score at least 35 points on Saturday’s NBA game.

The Bulls ace threw 31 points this time, making it the seventh player in NBA history to reach 35th in a row eight times, after Wilt Chamberlain, Elgin Baylor, Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, LeBron James and James Harden. The 32-year-old has scattered at least 30 points in the series for the tenth time, most recently in 1991 as the legendary Michael Jordan was able to do so in Bulls history.

However, the hero of the match against Memphis was not him, but Ja Morant on the other side, with a career break at the All Star Gala last weekend, reaching 46 points, with 20 points alone in the third quarter.

Defending champion Milwaukee got out of Brooklyn back home, in which Kyrie Irving, who was just offside due to his uninjured, threw 38 points. The Bucks - in which Jannisz Antetokunmpo, who was twice voted the best of the year - closed with 29 points - have been down for the fourth time in the last five matches, while the Nets have won for the third time in their last 16 matches.

Atlanta beat Toronto mainly by Trae Young with 41 points, with the 23-year-old manager scoring 40 points for the fifth time in the season.

Eastern frontrunner Miami improved his balance against San Antonio to 40/21 by reversing from a 16-point disadvantage. In Florida, Bam Adebayo scored 36 points, while Jimmy Butler and Tyler Herro scored 27-27.
