NBA - Durant Achilles tendon-rupture, miss a year

Kevin Durant, star of Golden State Warriors, the champion of the North American Basketball Championship (NBA), suffered an Achilles tendon break in the fourth final of the Grand Final.

The 30-year-old basketball community reported late Wednesday night after a successful surgery on Monday.

"Now I'm starting to get back. It hurts inside, but I'm fine. Basketball is my greatest love, and I wanted to enter the field, I wanted to help my team in the triplet," wrote on the Instagram page the NBA quadruple king, the most valuable player of the last two finals.

Durant missed the first four games of this year's Toronto Raptors finals due to accusation defeat, returning to the fifth match, but after a quarter he got back into the locker room. The Warriors nevertheless won a great battle at 106-105 in Toronto, so in Hungarian time, at midnight on Friday morning, they could settle the match at home.

For the time being, it is questionable when and where one of the best NBA players can return, as the healing time of such injuries can be up to one year. In addition, Durant's contract expires at Warriors, becomes a free agent, and a big question is which team will be contracted to do so.
