NBA - Boston stopped

After ten consecutive wins in a row, the East runner-up lost to Boston on the last day of the NBA regular season. The Eastern teams did not have a lucky day anyway, as the one they met with their Western rivals was losing ground.

After ten consecutive wins at the Sacramento Kings home, the Boston Celtics defeated the North American Basketball League (NBA) on Sunday. The home team's best was Buddy Hield with 35 points.

The Los Angeles Lakers continued their march, this time defeating the Atlanta Hawks at home. The Californians have won 11 of their last 12 meetings. Seven players in the Lakers crossed the top ten, with LeBron James the best with 33.

When LeBron James, the former "King" squad, ran into a serious jacket for the Cleveland Cavaliers, one of the league's youngest teams was coached by Philadelphia.

In the Denver Nuggets, Jamal Murray scored 39 points in a 131-114 win at the Memphis Grizzlies two days earlier, after breaking 10 of his 11 shots against the Brooklyn Nets.

Results:

Cleveland Cavaliers-Philadelphia 76ers 95-114

Sacramento Kings-Boston Celtics 100-99

Memphis Grizzlies-Denver Nuggets 114-131

Orlando Magic-Washington Wizards 125-121

New Orleans Pelicans-Golden State Warriors 108-100

Los Angeles Lakers-Atlanta Hawks 122-101
