The Philadelphia 76ers won by a minimal margin, 113-112, as a guest of the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday's game day of the regular season of the North American Basketball League (NBA).
In the losing Lakers, LeBron James finished with 35 points, 8 rebounds and 10 assists, while Russell Westbrook finished with 20 points, 14 rebounds and 11 assists. During his NBA career, James crossed the 38,000-point mark - he managed to get over it already in the first quarter - and is second in the league's all-time ranking with 38,024 points. Leading legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar finished his career with 38,387 points. Westbrook had his fourth triple-double of the season and his 198th career triple-double.
In visiting Philadelphia, Joel Embiid and James Harden played a key role in the victory. Embiid had 35 points and 11 rebounds, while Harden had 24 points, 7 rebounds and 13 assists.
