In the losing Lakers, LeBron James finished with 35 points, 8 rebounds and 10 assists, while Russell Westbrook finished with 20 points, 14 rebounds and 11 assists. During his NBA career, James crossed the 38,000-point mark - he managed to get over it already in the first quarter - and is second in the league's all-time ranking with 38,024 points. Leading legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar finished his career with 38,387 points. Westbrook had his fourth triple-double of the season and his 198th career triple-double.
In visiting Philadelphia, Joel Embiid and James Harden played a key role in the victory. Embiid had 35 points and 11 rebounds, while Harden had 24 points, 7 rebounds and 13 assists.
